At Waterbury Hospital, we are committed to providing you with quality care in a healing environment. If, at any time during your stay, you have questions or concerns regarding your care, talk to the staff. We are all here to make your hospital stay as comfortable as possible.

You may receive a phone call from HealthStream Research shortly after your discharge. This is a company Waterbury Hospital has contracted with to conduct a short survey so that we can learn more about your hospital experience.
