Waterbury Hospital and The Joint Commission encourage the involvement of the public in identifying concerns about the Hospital’s quality of our care and patient safety. You may have knowledge, whether directly or indirectly, about our performance that may be relevant to our accreditation.

As The Joint Commission will no longer do announced visits to hospitals and other health-care facilities, or ask for public input prior to visiting, you are welcome to contact them at any time. Learn more.
