2025 Trauma Verification

The trauma center at Waterbury Hospital has been verified as a Level II trauma center by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma in 2025.
Service Excellence

Waterbury Hospital received accreditation under the American College of Surgeons (ACS) National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer. Only the 3rd program of its kind in Connecticut.
