  UConn Health Community Network is a thriving community-based system of care serving a regional population of 280,000 patients. Our network employs more than 2,000 and supports a growing medical staff, currently close to 700 strong. Comprised of Waterbury Hospital a 347-bed community teaching facility affiliated with University of Connecticut School of Medicine and Connecticut Children's Medical Center, as well as UConn Health Community Network Medical Group, Access Rehab Centers and a leading partner in the Harold-Leever Cancer Center we have been at the cutting edge of healthcare in our region for more than 130 years.
