EMS

Waterbury Hospital is a proud partner to the many EMS providers and organizations in our area.

At Waterbury Hospital, we understand and appreciate the excellent pre-hospital care our patients receive by dedicated EMRs, EMTs and Paramedics. Quite simply, we cannot do what we do in the ED without EMS caring for our patients in the field!

Our mission is to always work collaboratively with all first responders and provide resources and education.

All of Waterbury Hospital's Continuing Medical Education programs are video recorded for viewing via this web page. Now EMS providers may attend in-person CMEs or video CMEs and receive the same educational credit.

If you choose to watch a video CME and wish to receive credit, you must take a brief quiz immediately following the recording. A certificate of attendance will be emailed to you shortly after you pass the quiz.
