This dual recognition places VNA Health at Home among an elite group of home healthcare providers in the nation.
In addition to CMS accolades, the organization was named a “Superior Performer” by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP), ranking in the top 20% of more than 3,200 eligible providers nationwide based on overall patient experience scores for the 2024 calendar year.
