UCONN HEALTH WATERBURY HOSPITAL HOSTS MAJOR HIRING EVENT
Just weeks after UConn Health Waterbury Hospital officially became UConn Health Waterbury Hospital, it launched the largest hiring event with nearly 100 people expected to attend and find out about available jobs.
The new partnership with UConn health, announced on March 1st is designed to keep care local while connecting patients to the broader resources of Connecticut’s only public academic health system. Transition goals include strengthening what already exists while ensuring long-term stability and growth for the network. That long-term stability starts with a strong workforce with the hiring event, directly contributing to this goal.
UConn Health Waterbury Hospital, UConn Health Community Network Medical Group and UConn Health Waterbury Health at Home need to fill dozens of positions including nurses in all departments, technicians, and other support roles throughout the organization.
