Joanna Majcher, APRN, MS received her undergraduate degree from Wester University, and her graduate degree from UConn University in Adult Geriatric Primary Care.
Joanna specializes in working with geriatric and adult population on all common and complex disease such hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary artery disease, obesity, headaches, low back pain, common respiratory infections, mental health disorders, and many more. Joanna is experienced in complex diseases such heart failure, complexed respiratory disorders such COPD, asthma, respiratory failure, renal disease and vascular disease.
Joanna also provides health screenings, and general preventative medicine.
Joanna has spent majority of her time working in an intensive care unit at UConn Health, Pulmonology, Primary Care and Oncology clinics. Her recent years have been primary care focused, working in internal medicine, providing advanced care to medically complexed populations.
Joanna is energetic, compassionate provider, bilingual in Polish.
When not attending work , Joanna enjoys speeding time with her family and traveling.
