Dr. Joseph DeLuca has been a trusted internal medicine physician serving our community since 1997. Dr. DeLuca earned his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Stony Brook and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, training him to care for adults at every stage of life.
For more than 30 years, Dr. DeLuca has been helping patients in Middlebury and the surrounding communities stay healthy, manage chronic illness, and navigate complex medical issues with compassion and clarity. In addition to his clinical approach, he served as the Assistant Medical Director of Abbott Terrace and the Medical Director of Middlebury Convalescent Home, where he was deeply involved in coordinating comprehensive care for older adults. He is also an active member of the American College of Physicians, reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in internal medicine.
